Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of games, websites, and related services (the “Services”) operated by UniGlobe Online Trade LLC (“UniGlobe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including experiences offered through TikTok Mini Games and other platforms. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and meet any age requirements of the platform where you access the Services (including TikTok). If you are under the age of majority, you may use the Services only with permission from a parent or legal guardian where required.

3. License to use the Services

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play our games and use related features for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the host platform.

4. Accounts and platform rules

Some features may rely on your TikTok or other platform account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for complying with that platform’s terms and policies. We are not responsible for platform outages, account bans, or third-party policy enforcement.

5. Virtual items and purchases

Virtual items have no real-world cash value, are licensed (not sold) to you, and may be modified or removed. Purchases follow TikTok or other storefront payment and refund rules unless required otherwise by law.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to cheat, hack, exploit bugs, use unauthorized bots, interfere with servers or other players, reverse engineer our games except as allowed by law, or use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

7. Intellectual property

Games, artwork, code, trademarks, logos, and other content are owned by UniGlobe or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

8. User content and feedback

If you submit feedback or other content to us, you grant UniGlobe a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it to operate and improve the Services.

9. Third-party services

The Services may integrate with TikTok and other third-party tools. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Disclaimers & liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNIGLOBE DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS OR USD $50.
